Designed by Ken Onion, this CRKT Halfachance Parang fixed blade survival parang is tough and strong. Featuring a thick, carbon steel blade of black powder coat that is durable in extreme environments and also with the comfortable football textured handle, this survival parang is built for hard use. It’s easy to sharpen. The included reinforced nylon sheath with a unique velcro belt loop system can be changed between two positions: dangling or snug against the belt. An extra paracord fob comes laced onto the sheath for emergencies or lashing this parang to a pack, truck, or pack mule. Thus, this is the ideal survival parang to use when you are your own rescue party.
