The Böker Kihon Bifold, designed by American knife maker Lucas Burnley, embodies the principles of simplicity, functionality, and precision—the essence of “Kihon.” Like in martial arts, where Kihon focuses on mastering the fundamentals, this knife delivers reliability and efficiency without unnecessary frills. Every element is purpose-driven, blending tradition with modern utility.
The 42A version is tailored to comply with German law, requiring two-handed opening.
The Böker Kihon Bifold 42A features a stonewashed CPM MagnaCut blade and a black stainless steel handle. With an 8.1 cm blade, 10.7 cm closed length, and 77 g weight, it’s compact and easy to carry. Opening is aided by a nail nick, and a secure back lock ensures safe use and easy closure.
