Fisher Apollo Black & Gold Cap-O-Matic Space Pen (Apollo 11 50th Anniversary)

This Special Edition Cap-O-Matic Space Pen includes the same pressurized ink refill used on the Apollo 11 mission. It defies gravity, performs in the harshest conditions, and continues to be used on all manned space missions today.

The Cap-O-Matic line features a cap-activated mechanism to extend and retract the tip and contains a gas-pressurized PR-style ink refill. This design offers all the unique capabilities Fisher products are known for: writing upside down, at any angle, underwater, through grease, in extreme temperatures (-30 to +250°F), on almost any surface, three times longer than an average pen, and of course, in the vacuum of space.
