This Morakniv Butcher Kit includes two fixed blades and one sharpening steel. The kit also comes with a flexible knife blade guard and a black nylon storage pouch. The knives are suitable for skinning animals and also cutting. The fixed blades have ergonomic handles with a textured surface for optimum friction even if the surface is wet. Both blade material is Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel with 58 HRC hardness. For the sharpening steel, it has a micro fine surface and helps you to align the knife edge back into a central position.
