The Luna Boost is the frame lock version of the widely acclaimed slip joint knife of the same name. The original Luna slip joint made waves in the knife community, not only for its modern, minimalist design but also for its compact size and impressive cutting performance. Its razor-sharp blade, paired with a legal carry length, quickly gained a dedicated following. Due to high demand from Real Steel enthusiasts for a frame lock version, the Luna Boost was developed as the answer.

Although the Luna Boost maintains a similar appearance, it is a significantly upgraded model. Beyond the frame lock, it includes several enhancements. The blade still features the signature elongated fuller for opening, but now includes a detachable thumb stud, allowing users to open the knife with a thumb push or remove the stud for two-handed opening via the fuller. The thumb stud, uniquely designed for the frame lock version, is unlike any other on Real Steel knives and can even be used on the original Luna slip joint model.

In addition, the Luna Boost boasts a finely crafted 3D titanium pocket clip, replacing the previous stainless steel clip with a more premium option. Gold-bronzed small parts add an elegant touch to the titanium bead blast handle, elevating the knife’s overall aesthetic. Since the frame lock eliminates the need for a back spring, the two scales are secured by three bronzed standoffs, adding a touch of charm in the space where the back spring once was.
