What is the meaning of the wording on the patch?

"Kosong-Kosong":
In the Malay language, kosong also means zero. So zero-zero (0-0) means being even. 
Example: "Minta maaf, kita kosong-kosong, ya?" translates to "Sorry, we are even, okay?"

"Maaf Zahir Dan Batin" means “forgive me inwardly and outwardly” or “forgive my physical and emotional wrongdoings”.
